Alison enjoys all aspects of the building industry, and her evolving role within SMC led to the creation of ASM. Alison has completed a Diploma in Interior Design, using these skills to create stylish and functional spaces for their clients. She has designed three of their own home renovations, expanding her passion for design to encompass all aspects of the build. Alison has recently completed a Diploma in Building Design. Alison will listen to your dreams and needs, adapting them into a plan that is site responsive and embraces the qualities of a passive design.

Scott has been in the residential building industry for 15 yrs. Scott is passionate to deliver quality projects that exceed clients expectations. His innovative thinking, problem solving and attention to detail is second to none. Scott has a keen interest in using recycled and sustainable products providing eco friendly durable projects.

Josh joined ASM mid 2023. Josh is trained in all areas residential building and brings his own vision and skillset to the team. Josh enjoys spearfishing and camping.
Adam joined ASM mid 2024. As our newest carpenter to the team Adam

Adam joined ASM mid 2024. As our newest carpenter to the team Adam is our tallest member in the team at 6.4ft. Adam is currently completing his certificate 4 in building. Adam is an avid sports player in AFL and Netball which he has represented NSW in 2024. We look forward to seeing what he brings to our team.
Liam is completing his apprenticeship, currently in his 2nd year. Liam is a keen learner and undertakes any task without issues. Liam enjoys water polo in his spare time.
