It was fantastic to work with a husband and wife team as the communication throughout our project ran so smoothly. From quotation to contract, day to day decisions on products etc., and for each mandatory inspection, we were made well aware of any choices we had to make as well as calendar dates for the many trades. We were able to live in the house throughout the renovation, and the entire team were always polite and accommodating to our family needs. During the build, questions were answered promptly and suggestions made for any necessary changes to the final extension. Being first time renovators, the whole idea of the task ahead was daunting. That was until we spoke with the team at ASM Design Construct. We had seen Scott's work around the local area, we loved his build style and his finished project street appeal. 

From the first meeting with Ali and Scott, they made the whole process a lot less stressful with the vast knowledge of the industry. 

Explaining the process from planning approvals to project details itself. The project ran smoothly, on time and on budget. Any concerns Scott had during the project were raised with us promptly and explained thoroughly. Ali was also very efficient and helpful giving advice to help us make choices with finishes, and layout of the house, and guiding us through the administrative side of the renovation. 

Scott's project management skills are second to none and that is backed by his high-quality team of builders and apprentices. The team work fast, efficiently, safe and they take great pride in their work. This is evident in the finished product. The work site was always cleaned at the end of each day which made it helpful for us as we still lived in the house during the renovation. From planning to completion nothing was ever an issue. Scott & Ali always made themselves available and were always happy and willing to answer or help out with any questions we had. We highly recommend the team at ASM Design Construct. SMC completed and oversaw a full renovation and addition to our 1970's display home. 

From the moment we contacted Scott he was professional, prompt, honest and put us at ease over the reno. 

Prior to working with Scott and his team we had completed minor renovations over the years and had some bad experiences with tradies, Scott went out of his way to meet with us multiple times to talk about the renovation and addition prior to the work commencing. He communicated promptly, his admin was thorough and he put us at ease. 

Scott, his team and Ali were always on time, all tasks were completed on schedule and the tradesman on site were always friendly and respectful whilst we are living in the house during the build. The workmanship and efficiency of the team were second to none and were often commented on by our neighbours. All supplies were delivered on time and there was no downtime during the build. 

I highly recommend SMC, they are talented tradesman who clearly take a lot of pride in their work. Communicating with them was so easy and nothing was a problem, they are friendly, professional, efficient, reasonably priced and just a great company to work with. 

Do not go anywhere else - you have found your builder!

Scott and his team were extremely professional, starting Day 1 when we initially met to see if he was available right up to when he was finished (and beyond when i have questions after we finished). 

We are stoked with our "new" old house- it is everything we had hoped for (plus some bonus extras we hadn't thought of!) and was completed in the estimated timeframe. 

We really valued the opinions and recommendations Scott and Alison gave in regard to the fit out for the interior and exterior. For what is meant to be a very stressful time, this project ran very smoothly. 

Scott is the ultimate professional. Amazing craftsmanship, excellent communication and great price. Our new home is perfect, thanks to Scott's hard work. He is approachable and available every step of the way to ensure all questions were answered and the best solution was met. For a large build, Scott made it a simple process.

ASM recently completed our complete home renovation project. Scott and his team managed and completed every aspect of the project with an outstanding level of care and a higher-than-ever-expected standard of finish. We were consulted when required and advised when needed. They renovated our home within budget, within expected time frames, with no delays or other 'reno nightmares'. From day one to the return of keys, we found Scott and his team to be exceedingly professional, punctual, and efficient. 

Our renovation included a large rear extension, a small front extension, extending the family bathroom, altering the internal layout, a new roofline, guttering and cladding, rear and front decks, all new external and internal doors, all new windows, a new storage attic, electrics, plumbing and flooring. 

We couldn't be happier with our finished project and we cannot more highly recommend Scott and his team. We wish the very best with everything they do!

Complete renovation to our existing house. 

The service was very professional, communication was excellent, right from the beginning and throughout the entire build process. Scott is very organised and obviously takes a lot of pride in his work, he maintains a clear plan that he works to, which reduces the risk of problems as matters are addressed before they become issues. Any queries were addressed promptly without any fuss. 

The quality of work is excellent. Scott's workmanship and attention to detail is second to none.
